Matters arising from the committee's previous meeting
The committee were informed that Ben Wen has now left the trainee scheme.
James emailed the Chief Duty Manager with information about a competent steward that he thought could be a potential Duty Manager. The attendees were advised to do the same with any stewards that they thought had a high level of competency.
A cursory glance at the rotas
These were perused and partially filled. Several slots remained which were to be taken to the listings.
Harry's Horrific Halloween 'Hoe'-down
Harry has organised a birthday FoH social for himself, to see Skyfall. This will take place on Wednesday 31st October - meet at Arts Centre bus stop for 7:00pm.
Discussion concerning the next meeting
The next meeting will take place on Thursday 25th October in the Rootes Bar at 6:10pm. It is likely that Harry will be chairing this meeting.
Opportune moment for attendees to bring up any points
The new plastic license holders/displays have arrived. These fit inside the bottom of the safe and are to be placed on the table adjacent to the KPMG banner during screenings.
Jorja asked those interested in next week's social to keep an eye on the website and the forums.
