1. Welcome and apologies

2. Rotas
Please sign up if you can DM a show in Week 5.
3. Publicity drive
- In response to the What's On email, two new stewards have signed up to shows in Week 4.
- The Week 6 flyer will hopefully have a stewarding promotion on the back.
4. Social
Due to people's lack of availability, there will be no social on Saturday Week 4.
5. AOB
(i) WFF free passes have been created in the EPOS system. There is now an extra ticket to select for the WFF shows.
(ii) Nick would like a retrospective apology added for last week's meeting because he did not check his emails between the meeting's (late) announcement on Sunday and commencement on Tuesday.
(iii) Nick would like to thank the outgoing Chief DM for buying drinks and congratulate the new Chief DM on being elected to the post.
