1. Welcome and Apologies for Absence
Present: Enrik N (Chair), Neil A, Sam K, Rob M, Max H, R. H, Tim G, Yeng S (late)
In attendance: Oli B
Apologies: Ed M, Tim G (though was present but left very soon), R. H (though was present and left very soon), Andy M, Georgie R, Fergus C, Alex P
Rob M had a pint waiting for Enrik – Enrik would like to say that he loves Rob M for this!

2. Technical Officer’s Report
Bat stuff is happening tonight in L3 after the film.
Pre-focusing needs to be looked at soon.
3. Training
Enrik told everyone that we now have 3 new trainee projectionists in the world. :) And he would like to thank Sam K for helping him with the ITSs!
Jacqui requires an ATS1 & ATS2; Alex P a snaps test and Alex T an ATS2.
4. Time and Date of next meeting
The next meeting shall be on 29th October 2012 at 18:10 in the SSL.

- Was wondering if the new MDF covers on the speakers needed painting black. Enrik said it was unnecessary but the actual speakers themselves will need to be painted again after they were cleaned from fear of asbestos contamination.
