1. Welcome and Apologies for Absence

2. Technical Officer’s Report
Andy M has looked at the focusing of the lenses and they should be fine now. Rob would like to say thanks to Andy for this and also if anyone still notices any problems they should let Rob know.
The lights for the Sponsored Screening worked well. :)
3. Training
Enrik reminded everyone that once a trainee is around 8 shows they should be essentially doing everything, including filling in all of the making-up booklet with the show report and then also sending a show report to the q-proj mailing list. Enrik would recommend the q-proj forwards the trainee some kind of template for the show report e-mail.
4. Projection Procedure Changes/Discussion
There is now an A2 behind P3, courtesy of Rob M, for projectionists to make trailer changes.
Enrik highlighted the fact that recently projection standards have been slipping and that basic projection mistakes are happening on a regular basis (like OOR changeovers and even missed changeovers) and he enquired if anyone had an idea as to why this was happening. It is not due to the summer break because at the start of the term there were far fewer mistakes. In general, it was agreed that it seems projectionists are being lazy and not checking enough so Enrik would like to ask everyone just to make sure several times that the lacing is correct and just be careful.
