1. Welcome and Apologies for Absence

Andy M brought muffins for everyone which was very much appreciated! Thank you Andy :).
2. Technical Officer’s Report
Equipment is due to be bought so the wireless microphones can work both in the proj box and at the bottom of L3
3. Training
Alex P completely his Snaps Test on Saturday – congratulations were given!
Alex T’s ATS2 and Kay C’s ATS1 will be done on Wednesday by Rob M. Kay C is due to arrive at 2pm and Alex T at 2:45pm.
4. Projection Procedure Changes/Discussion
The dowser should be closed as promptly as possible after the reel is finished because the C/O shutter on P1 has yet again warped due to the heat of the lamp.
5. Time and Date of next meeting
The next meeting shall be on 19th November 2012 at 18:10 in the SSL.
