1. Welcome and Apologies for Absence

2. Technical Officer’s Report
“Magic” happened with microphones. They’re now better depending on where you are on stage though not too sure how to improve further.
Fergus C, Yeng S and Olie B left.
The media server is now working again!
3. Training
Alex T’s Snaps Test on Sunday. Trainee to arrive at 1pm, projectionists from 11pm to set up. Georgie R, Sam K and Enrik N said they would be there.
4. Projection Procedure Changes/Discussion
Once you have the KDM and the digital film ingested, could you please check that they’re both compatible and that the film will actually play!
5. Time and Date of next meeting
The next meeting shall be on 16th November 2012 at 18:10 in the SSL.

- We’re showing Terminator 2 this week, and it has arrived, so we will need to make up the film throughout the week. A thread will be started on the mailing lists for when training/making-up will occur.
