1. Welcome and Apologies for Absence

2. Technical Officer’s Report
An inventory of sound trailers and headers needs to be looked into.
3. Projection Procedure Changes/Discussion
Fergus wanted to remind projectionists to put the FoH back to normal after the end of the show. This included putting the mics back and switching them on, having the monitor screen back into a usable position and having chalk on the table. Also, the boards on the speakers need to be put back on after the end of a show!
The doremi on the back of P3 also needs to be closed properly so the backlight is switched off. It is important that this is done because the backlight will be very expensive to replace.
4. Time and Date of next meeting
The next meeting shall be on 7th January 2013 at 18:10 in the SSL. Though this could change on the mailing list.
