2. Technical Officer’s Report
A long list of items to purchase will go to exec.
3. Projection Procedure Changes/Discussion
There are two new sound macros for the CineIPM: “CP mode to Prologue” and “CP mode to 6 channel”.
Trailers from now on will need to be checked to see whether they are 6 channel or Prologue and then the respective macro should be placed in the start-up playlist before each trailer. The trailers can be checked by selecting them and pressing the magnifying glass button on the CineIPM.
As a result of this, the KPMG video sounds nicer due to it being played with the Prologue macro.
4. Time and Date of next meeting
The next meeting shall be on 21st January 2013 at 18:10 in the SSL.

- A sheet should be started, for people to fill in whenever they borrow tools from the Proj box.

- Wrath of Khan is due to be delivered at any point; space will be required for it in the dump.

- The corridor door has been found open a few times in the morning. Could everyone please make sure it’s locked.
