1. Welcome and Apologies for Absence

2. Technical Officer’s Report
Andy fixed the stop lamps on P1.
There is a problem with the ftp server, probably due to Tristar being reinstalled.
3. Training
Jacqui B qualified on the showing of Savages, everyone congratulated her on this!
Kay C is due to have an ATS2 on Wednesday.
Enrik will get in contact with Sidney for his ATS2 and a new trainee for his ITS.
4. Projection Procedure Changes/Discussion
Andy suggested that cores should be kept in the reel cans and not placed in the box of cores when making up. Also, R1 heads should just be loosely wound in the can because it makes it easier to reattach them when breaking the film down.
5. Time and Date of next meeting
The next meeting shall be on 4th February 2013 at 18:10 in the SSL. It may quite possibly be the last meeting that Enrik chairs!

- It is the projectionist’s responsibility to return films to the dump. There are currently still 4 films in the proj box that need to be returned.
