1. Welcome and Apologies for Absence

Seeing as this will most likely be Enrik’s last proj meeting as chair, he brought some cake for everyone to eat!
2. Training
Kay C is due to be having a snaps test on Saturday 9th Feb starting at 1pm (proj arriving from 12pm).
Sidney B needs an ATS2 and Elliot N and Jethro H both need an ATS1, these will try to be arranged.
3. Projection Procedure Changes/Discussion
Fergus C gave an agenda point regarding the length of A+T playlist being too long. 25min is the procedure time but it often surpasses that, so he suggest a new time of 22 min (as an absolute maximum). This reduces the playlist by about a trailer and will hopefully mean the audience don’t get as bored! The committee agreed on this.
Alex P asked me to inform projectionists that the proj box is starting to get hot again and that the air con should now be switched on when the digital projector is in use.
