1. Welcome and Apologies for Absence

2. Rotas
Projectionists needed for Tuesday, Friday early and late, Saturday, Sunday early and late, Monday wk 10, Tuesday wk 10
3. Technical Officer’s Report
There are a few screws loose on the 2000s spools that need tightening/replacing
4. Training
Jethro’s ATS1 will be taken this Wednesday at 3pm by Sam K
Kay C will have her mockification during Saturday’s Hobbit and it was agreed that her Q-show could be the Life of Pi early on Sunday
Sidney B would like to do a platter show, Georgie will try to arrange one
5. Projection Procedure Changes/Discussion
Ads are being cut off screen either side and are leaving a black triangle on screen. It was suggested that they be tested in wide to see if this looks better.
6. Updating the Film Tracker
Projectionists are reminded to always update the status of their film on the website Film Tracker.
7. Time and Date of next meeting
The next meeting and last for this term shall be on Monday 11th March 2013 at 18:10 in the SSL.
