1. Welcome and Apologies

Monday and Tuesday’s shows needed filling.
3. Technical Officer’s Report
a. Everything is fine
4. Training
a. Jethro’s and Elliot’s ATS2s are on Wednesday at 2pm and 3pm (Sam is taking these sessions)
b. Sidney snaps test Sat. Week 3?
c. Jethro snaps test Sat. Week 4?
d. Oliver’s ATS1 is on Wed. week 3
5. Projection Procedure Changes/Discussion
a. Air con has been installed and is fairly easy to use
b. Sound trailers are still being sorted but there are 4 new or fixed ones to use
6. The CP’s New Trainee Guides
Georgie R has created a new set of trainee guides: The Beginner’s Guide to Making Up and The Beginner’s Guide to Sound Formats. These can be used in conjunction with training and also be given to early/mid stage trainees. Copies will be kept in the proj. box but if copies are needed for trainees to take away, Georgie R can provide some.
7. New Trailer Challenge Reel
Georgie R has created a new trailer challenge reel after it was noted the last one was in a state of disrepair. She harvested trailers from the archive and the new TC reel is ready to be used for ATS2s immediately.
The line up for the Trailer Challenge is now:

The next meeting will be at 18.10 on Monday 6th May in the SSL.
9. AOB
a. James M mentioned that some digital films that are being shown on Sunday and Monday may not have a valid KDM that covers both those shows.Therefore films should be ingested and their keys ingested as soon as they arrive, so that if the KDM is not valid for a showing, the films officer can be notified and a solution sought.
b. Fergus C mentioned that the stylus for the digital projector is missing. If people could keep an eye out for it, that would be super. If it is not recovered within the next two weeks, Georgie R will look into how much a new stylus might cost.
