1. Welcome and Apologies

2. Technical Officer’s Report
Tech cupboard in proj box not super secure (a screw has come loose)
Leak in ceiling of L3 very near screen, sounds worrying. Estates may need to be contacted.
3. Projection Procedure Changes/Discussion
Return FoH to exactly how it was before show (ie. chairs up, chalk on table, curtains to scope, microphones back on charge)
Turn slideshow monitor off after using
4. Training
Phillip needs an ITS (this will be at 1pm Wed with Alex P)
Show trainees where to pick up films from the Arts Centre and the Dump
5. General Housekeeping
Film Tracker – update it regularly
Signing up and de-signing – I get auto emails when you de-sign, so you can’t sneak it past me. Please do email me (CP) to let me know to offer an explanation, just out of courtesy.
Take films down to the dump as soon as you can after projjing the show
6. Speakers
Don’t push them into the walls/pipe in the speaker cupboard, as this is damaging to many things and people.
7. Chief Projectionists Training Requirements for 2014-15
CP raised the question as to whether Chief Projectionists in future elections should be required to be 35mm trained. Few qprojs were present and no opinions were raised so the topic will be carried over into next week’s agenda.

Phillip B asked whether there will be a chance for trainees to gain some experience with 35mm. CP confirmed that it was the plan to have trainees at least have some workshops in 35mm, though this will have to be played by ear depending on how many 35mm films we get in the future.
