DM Meeting Minutes: Tuesday, 27 February 2007

1. Welcome and apologies

2. Rotas
There will possibly be an Exec meeting on Tuesday, Week 9, and so a non-Exec DM needs to sign up to the show ( Scenes of a Sexual Nature).
3. Socials
WSC are attending the Real Ale Festival on Wednesday and Thursday this week.
4. AOB
(i) Feedback on "Night Safe Facilities" form:
NatWest just wanted someone's contact details, and so the Chief DM signed the form and included his phone number.
(ii) In Goldfinger, Rachel clarified that Goldfinger wanted to make the gold in Fort Knox radioactive, not to blow it up.
(iii) George will implement a box or tray to encourage the audience to return flyers after films. Also, DMs should ensure that poles - not bins - are used to hold open the doors when the audience are let in. This is to reduce the tickets and flyers that are thrown away.
(iv) The Editors' forum now has more posts than the DM forum. This is unacceptable. If you read these minutes and you care, get posting!
(v) Nick lied: his car didn't drive itself onto campus; Cerys drove it.
(vi) Dressing gowns are available; ties are not. Prices to follow.
(vii) Confirmation of whether Helen's qualification show will be on Sunday or not will be given on the DM list by Friday.
