1. Welcome and Apologies

3. Technical Officer’s Report
New Hard Drives have been ordered for the Doremi
Everything seems fine
Sound Associates are coming on Wednesday
4. Projection Procedure Changes/Discussion
The media server has been fixed and now plays music – it’s epic
5. Training
Reece has completed his digital ATS
Philip could do with his digital ATS this week/next week – Alex Wednesday 13th
Thomas P needs a 35mm ATS1 – Sam K Wednesday 13th
6. Digital ATSs
Digital trainees only need 1 ATS and then their snaps test, as opposed to 2 ATSs. This additional training should cover:
- Sound, light, and power paths
- the trainee should make their own playlist from scratch
- understand 5.1 sound and aspect ratios and how these affect the playlist
- using the dump, the making up book, and the film tracker properly
- be able to start up a show by themselves
- be shown what incorrect commands, incorrect masking/aspect ratios, look like on screen
7. Alien 70mm
This needs making up, whoever can lend a hand is welcome to make up as little or as much as they can. CP will be back on Thursday to finish off whatever’s left.
Digital projs are welcome to come along to help proj the show/just watch it
8. AllNighter Running Order & Projectionists

9. Film Tracking Changes (or how the current system could be optimized for the digital age).
Can projs please use film tracker
Tim suggested many new ideas, Purchas is going to have a think about them – along with the IT team.
10. Time and Date of Next Meeting
Monday 11th Nov. 18.10 – location TBC (there will be cake, the CP has already planned the recipe).
If there is no cake the proj team plan to revolt.
