2. Handover Update
Chief Projectionist is sorted.
Forgot about trailers but sorting tonight (06/03/07)
Treasurer – 3hr handover done. Everything HC told has been happy with.
IT done and good.

3. Term 3 Schedule
JC suggested new David Lynch film but too wacky for Sunday?

Double Friday or Friday + Sat in order to qualify the trainee projectionists before end of year?
Pursuit, Babel, Last King, Perfume, Hot Fuzz, Venus, Illusionist, Ghost Rider all capable of showing doubles!!
RG requested that it be minuted that Rachel will not be happy with double Friday.

GM suggested Die Hard for replacement.
Trilogy for Fri and Sun week 9 or one film fri, sat and sun suggested.
Saw, Matrix, LOTR, Die Hard, American Pie, Bond Trilogy (Connery, Brosnan, Dalton/Moore), Iconic Actors (Willis, Eastwood, Caine), Austin Powers and Directors (Scorsese) Trilogy all mentioned.

If Trilogy then trilogy tickets + single tickets?
Singles said to be pain.

Trilogy on Friday and Sunday week 9 UNANIMOUS
Double Friday 9 For 1 Abstain

4. Outdoor Screening
£1300 from Deloitte will not be enough (nearly cover ½)
JC to try to get Alex to confirm to Screening asap.
Proj costs increase.
Cannot use generator from gala concert so hire.
Need £2200ish.
WSAF not putting any money in.
JC to talk to Deloitte + WSAF to check on money and cinema day (whether refers to us or other screenings) respectively.
1st Choice Shrek (maybe not get due to Shrek 3 out soon)
2nd Choice Monsters Inc.
If nothing else from Alex JC to get AN event confirmed not necessarily outdoor screening.

5. SOAF meeting
JC, GM and EH to attend.
Film replacement not checked with us.
GM to pull out staple gun if things get ugly.

6. Preview on Monday
Will send 35mm for free.
JC to email and ask about charging for it.
Monday Screening with trailers and ads social to leave about 7.45ish

7. AOB
Issue on Sunday. Arrival timings etc to be discussed in DM meeting.

Autumn schedule confirmation. GM speaking to Laura and would like schedule confirmed by week 6 so can do as much as possible by end of term.

Budget for Term 3 supposed to be in ASAP. Publicity to go down to fortnightly next term and GM TRYING to save ink!

Stef annoying GM about noticeboards.

Union need to be contacted about emmersons delivery in September.

James’ comment box comments useful.

Attendance not needed anymore? Issues to be discussed in forums instead.
JC to start sending emails to crew about issues and link to forum post.

Publicity term 3 -> no booklet just posters.

More AOB points to be on agenda before meeting just so know what will be talked about.

Crew newsletter needs to go out every 2 weeks.

Exec need to know other peoples jobs as well.
