1. Welcome and Apologies

There actually was legits cake this week. 2 whole cakes. Boom.
2. Technical Officer's Report
Sound Associates came last Wednesday
The strings have been but on the doors for the 35mm projectors
3. Projection Procedure Changes/Discussion
The PC in lectern needs to be fully shut down, as well as the data projector, otherwise a blue light will be intermittently projected on screen.
4. Trainees
Freya needs a new qualification date. It is prospectively next Monday (Bad Grandpa)
Thomas P needs an ATS 2 (trailer challenge!)
Trainee booklets will be printed for Ria and Jonatan
5. Elections
The elections will be Wednesday of Week 5 and nominations need to be in by 6pm on Monday of Week 5, so make sure to get your nominations in before then if you want to run for exec.
6. Time and Date of Next Meeting
Monday Week 5 (and it'll be Georgie's last week as Chair - sad times!)
7. AOB
A reminder from both Andy M and James M that there will be a social on Friday before the midnight screening and after the programming meeting (~6pm) to order curry and socialise in L3. Come along, it'll be ace.
