DM meeting minutes:
06/10/2014 (Tuesday, Week 2, Term 1), 6pm

Meeting started at: 6.04pm

1. Welcome and apologies:
Present: Rachel, Oli, Richard, Lorraine, Mike, Jordan, James
Apologies: Kat (termly), Matt (termly), Faheem, Giles
Also in attendance: Jess

2. Tills:
The IT Officer again mentioned wanting to buy new tills. Everyone is still on board with getting new tills. Dislike for the tablet was again mentioned. IT will be emailed regarding a prototype.

3. Banner:
We have a new getting involved banner. Please make use of this at every show. It should be with the tills or in the office. Place it in between L4 and L5.

4. Time and date of next meeting:
Most probably this time next week (Tuesday 6pm).

5. AOBs
1. IT Officer requests that as EPOS is broken if anything goes wrong record the time (reasonably exact), type of ticket sold, which till was used and whoever sold it.
2. James mentioned that if you are crew you don’t get any other tickets (except external 2). Also if you are a non-member it defaults to the loyalty card option.
Oli said External 1 doesn’t show up on anything.
James said if you are a member even if you have a free ticket it defaults to the member.
We can’t sell undergrad Socs fed at the tills (but can sell postgrad). [NOTE: We get the options for Erasmus and Associate Socs fed even though we are not allowed to sell them. These have to be authorised at SUHQ]
Rachel will email IT Officer regarding these issues.
3. Can people sign up to the pup quiz to help out. Rachel will send an email out. Set up at 5, then eat before it starts at 8pm.
4. 5-film pass has been advertised on our publicity so we can still sell them. However the loyalty card is best to use first unless they ask.
