DM meeting minutes:
14/10/2014 (Tuesday, Week 3, Term 1), 6pm
Meeting started at: 6.12pm
1. Welcome and apologies:
Present: Rachel, James, Mike, Jorja, Oli
Apologies: Lorraine, Richard, Jordan, Harry, Faheem, Giles
2. Late comers:
Can everyone please tell their stewards that if any late comers arrive during the film that they are not to bring them up to the office. Ask the late comers to stand on the balcony whilst we get their tickets.
3. Members free tickets:
We do give a stamp with member’s free tickets as they have bought a membership. Please make sure your stewards are doing this.
4. Food and drink at the tills:
Some stewards have been eating and drinking at the tills. This is unprofessional as well as dangerous due to all the electrical equipment. Please stop them from doing this.
5. Time and date of next meeting:
If required, this time next week. If not, then it will be the following week.
6. AOBs
1. The question of whether the hoodies are uniform was raised or whether it should be black polos only? Trainee DMs still get free blank polos. Will be discussed at the next DM meeting and possibly with the Exec.
2. The yellow box shortcut to memberships is now working for master till and tablet but not slave 1. IT officer will be made aware of this.
3. Post grad and Socs fed working fine, Undergrad membership is still not working.
4. Oli asked that we take new stewards up to the office and invite them to socials, i.e. be more friendly and inviting.
5. Invite stewards to the crew facebook page. Rachel will send an email round.
