DM meeting minutes:
12/01/2015 (Monday, Week 2, Term 2), 6.10pm
Meeting started at: 6.15pm
1. Welcome and apologies:
Present: Rachel, Lorraine, Richard, James, Oli, Jorja, Anjana, Jordan, Jess
Apologies: Mike, Giles, Faheem
2. Rotas:
Rotas are looking good for the next two weeks. Rachel will email the stewards asking for more people to sign up to Friday and Saturday’s late shows. Only next Sunday free for a DM to sign up.
3. Schedule:
As some people are aware there are inconsistencies between our posters and online schedule. Therefore be aware that some people might turn up to the wrong films. Direct them to our schedule on our website. New booklets are being printed soon, but they won’t contain an A4 breakdown of this term’s films.
4. AOBs:
1. Richard asked if we are getting new laptops.
2. James says that Google chrome crashes on the 2 windows 7 laptops. Yet to identify any underlying cause. Rachel will ask IT Officer what’s going on regarding the above points.
3. Please make sure the safe is closed and locked after DMing and leaving for the night.
4. The Getting Involved banner is to be left up all day to advertise our society unless the cleaners decide it is in the way.
5. The DM meeting had a greater attendance than the Proj meeting happening at the same time.
