DM meeting minutes:
27/01/2015 (Tuesday, Week 4, Term 2), 6.10pm
Meeting started at: 6.15pm
1. Welcome and apologies:
Present: Rachel, Mike, Richard, Mike, Faheem, Oli, Jess, Giles, Jorja, (Reece)
Apologies: James, Lorraine, Anjana
2. Rotas:
Rotas are fine for the next two weeks. We just need a couple more stewards for next Monday’s show.
3. New laptops / tills:
Joel sent me another possible laptop/till. General consensus was that it was good. Take to exec to try and get new tills ordered.
4. AOBs:
1. Mike says you can’t tell whether a film is free for members on the website. Extended to collaborations too. Ask Joel about this.
2. Master till wheel is broken. Ask Warwick conferences or the Uni to fix it. Email SU to find out how.
3. Anjana can’t print stuff from her IT account. Don’t know if this extends to all trainees. Ask if this is a problem that happens on all computers. Will email Joel and find out.
4. New cash boxes. Float boxes are blue and spare change box is black.
