DM meeting minutes:
03/02/2015 (Tuesday, Week 5, Term 2), 6.10pm
Meeting started at: 6.15pm
1. Welcome and apologies:
Present: Rachel, Lorraine, James, Oli, Mike, Anjana, Giles, Richard, Mike, Angela, Faheem
2. Rotas:
Rotas are fine for the next two weeks. There are a few shows in which TDM/NDMs need a QDM signed up but the steward spots are all full. Tuesday Woman in Black 2 needs a QDM.
3. AOBs:
1. We have changed the spare change and float box back around. The floats are now in a blue and the black box and the spare change is in the new blue box.
2. James is going to the Real Ale Festival next week. If anyone wants to join him it is Thursday-Saturday Week 6. They have ciders, mulled wine, mead and a hogs roast. Tee-total veggies steer clear.
3. Windows 7 Slave 1 died. Try replace all 3 tills and keep tablet as spare for quizzes and stuff. Rushed through exec. Will be brought up at next exec meeting.
4. Emailed Estates office about broken trolley. Waiting to hear back.
5. Cake was awesome. If you weren’t here be jealous.
6. When Giles and James cashed up and tried to put a grey bag in the orange bag they found a grey bag just left in the safe, not in the orange bag. They did not break into it but put it straight in the orange bag. When cashing up please make sure you put the grey bag into the orange bag for the Treasurer to take to the SU finance office.
7. Emma Smith getting put on TDM training scheme.
8. Give out allnighter Pixar publicity at every show.
