1. Welcome and apologies

2. Rotas
Rotas are looking fine, only 'An American Werewolf in London' is empty (DM wise), Giles is okay to sign up for this. A few T-DM spots are available, TDMs are encouraged to sign up.
3. All-nighter
There will be a get together at Varsity at 5 before heading to L3.
Anjana will ask Reece if L4/5 is booked.
Rota:
Toy Story - Faheem, Oli, Jordan
Ratatouille - James, Rachel
Up - Anjana, Richard
Mystery film - Anjana, James
Finding Nemo - Anjana, Richard
The Incredibles - Richard
This is just provisional and subject to change. Ideally, at least 2 DMs will sit through each film, and this will be confirmed on the night. Richard, James, Jess and Anjana will be staying through the whole night. Faheem, Oli, Jordan and Rachel will be leaving early. DMs not present at this meeting will be consulted on the night.
The quiz seems to be rather long (50 minutes). Joe has said he will reduce it to 30 minutes.
4. AOB's
a) In general, if bins in the office are full at the end of the show, empty them. (Not just DM's!)
b) We have sold 112 tickets for the All-nighter so far, more publicity has been created by Emma - please hand these out on top of everything else.
c) Anjana has spoken to Rob (from Room Bookings) about allowing food in L3 for the All-nighter, which has been given the all clear.
d) Can QDM's please make sure TDM's know how to lock the safe, as it has been left unlocked too many times.
e) Anjana still does not have keys to the office, she will speak to Lorraine about this.
