1. Welcome and apologies

2. Rotas
Rotas are looking fine. The only free ones are Birdman next Wednesday - Jorja is okay DM that show, and the 9.30 screening of Unbroken.
3. KPMG free event (Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory)
Arrangements are being made for food/drinks. All exec should be there to help, and they will be added to the rota after the event.
4. Shutting down procedure
There's been a number of poor shut downs recently (very long). It may be the internet connection, but DMs and TDMs should make sure they're aware of the shut down procedure, such as letting the projectionist know early on etc.
Another suggestion is that we could possibly stop selling at 250 or 270 people, if there is definitely going to be another show as this can decrease length of shut down and start the movie earlier. This is a financial matter so will be brought up in the next exec meeting.
5. AOB's
a) If there is an open transaction in progress on POS, it won't work on the laptops. The DM either needs to void transaction and try again or ask the customer to complete the transaction before purchasing a ticket.
b) There will be a food order before the midnight viewing on Friday.
