1. Welcome and Apologies

2. Rotas
Shows that need a DM:
Chappie (Saturday 9th, late) – Oliver is already stewarding it, so he can DM it.
Jupiter Ascending (Friday 15th, late) – James and Mike (LG) can do this.
Home (Saturday 16th, late) – Lorraine will DM the Early, Anjana DMs the late.
The rotas have been amended.
3. Steward Plus Privileges
Number of shows stewarded doesn’t necessarily correlate with competency, and there are a lot of steward plusses that would require training. It also seems unfair to pick and choose certain steward plusses. It would only be a short term fix for EPOS not working properly – hence why we’re having to use DM override so much. Doesn’t seem like a good idea at the moment. It would be better to try and get EPOS fully working by the autumn term.
4. AOBs
a) Who is going to Society Awards? Richard, Lorraine, Giles, Oliver (maybe), also check Facebook event page.
b) Try and get EPOS/POS working by autumn term! Anjana will liaise with IT on this matter.
c) Suggestion of a mock show in week 0 of the autumn term to see how things are working. This is a good idea; it will be discussed with projectionists and others closer to the time.
d) Outdoor screening – the current plan is to have a film shown on the big screen in the piazza with popcorn etc. Date: TBC
