1. Welcome and apologies

2. Rotas
All filled up.

3. Big (outdoor) screening
The exec are discussing food arrangements with food. All DMs are encouraged to help out and Joe is arranging a safety briefing. All those who are helping out should attend this – taking place alongside the setup of the show, there is an event created on Facebook with the details. Setup will take place from midday on Thursday (25th June) onwards.

4. AOB
a) Spare change float - can DMs please make sure to leave it at £200 after using it.
b) Can the DM on the night please give reminders for stewards in special events e.g. in free for members events: no loyalty cards stamped for the members ticket!
c) Keeping the door of the exec office closed during shows, otherwise sound travels to the back few rows of the theatre, which can disturb the audience.
d) EPOS – master and slave 1 are mostly working, slave 2 is having printing problems (but tickets are going through on the system).
e) There are two first aid boxes in the Exec office, DMs please be aware of where these are located – if you don’t know where they are: ask!
f) We are not getting new laptops for term 1, the current laptops will be reconfigured in time for term 1. This will be looked into again once we have sponsorship.
