1. Welcome and Apologies

2. Rotas
Shows that need a QDM:
The Salvation (7:30pm, Monday, 12th Oct) - Giles has signed up for this.

3. The Boar
There are new ticketing options when setting up the show for an event, DMs please make sure the Boar Discount ticket for members and non-members is ticked (£1 discount for showing an app – Joel/Richard will know more about this). The customer will show you an app from which they can claim the discounted ticket. (one time use per customer)

Can DMs please ask stewards to hand out Boars at the end of a show on Thursdays and Fridays of odd numbered weeks. The Boars will be kept underneath the publicity table.

4. AOB’s
a) Who is here for the next academic year? – Richard, Jess, Anjana, Mike LG, Mike J and Alex will be here.
b) EPOS may not recognise some Fresher’s (and some 142xxxx) numbers, in this case DM override is required for the ticket.
c) EPOS is generally just breaking now and then, proceed to use raffle tickets as a last resort. Let Joel know the moment something has started going wrong, so he can start working on it. Currently, the third till is slow at printing (the slave with a shorter black power cord).
d) Spare change coin bags - £1 coin bags MUST contain £20, and 50p coin bags MUST contain £10. Otherwise they cannot go in the spare change float. Let Anjana know if you find any bags that do not contain the correct amount.
e) Shut the inner door when you do your last check of L3 (approx. 5 mins before trailers and ad’s end) as light/noise can disturb the audience.
f) When logging into POS, please type the username and password in yourself. Stewards are not allowed to know the username and password – or where to find it. The username and password is under the card scanner of the master till – this is to help DMs in case they have forgotten. POS is very powerful and we can’t trust all stewards with it.
g) We have two new banners. One is the getting involved banner and the other is the generic WSC banner. Please remember to put these out before shows, and pack them up at the end of the screening(s) – in the master till.
h) Richard has laminated the row reserved and other posters.
i) The safe code will be changed soon. Anjana will let you know if and when it has changed.
j) Remember to buy your membership to WSC and Society Federation.
