1. Welcome and Apologies

2. Rotas
Shows that need a DM:
Saturday 24th, Mr Holmes early show. Can any QDM be around please as a NDM is signed up.
Tuesday (27th) – need a QDM for Wild Tales. A TDM is signed up already. Anyone at the DM meeting next week should be able to do it, if not Anjana will sign up.

3. AOBs
a) Bowling social on Wednesday (21st) – everyone is invited! Speak to Joe – those interested need to pay him £12.50 in advance for the booking.
b) DM’s on Thursday and Friday please remember to hand out Boar’s at the end of the shows. (Jess/Richard/Lauren/Alex)
c) TDMs please read the meeting minutes, they are uploaded on the website within a week. (Communication > Meeting Minutes)
d) We should be more selective about the TDMs we take on (not as strict as proj), to make sure they are serious about the role and aware of its demands. Anjana will be sending out an email to see who is interested in DMing, and a meeting may be set up. An informal question session/interview will be held to find out more about those interested, as well as to brief them about the role. (Example questions: course length, year of course, current/past involvement with society, stewarding experience).
e) A new ‘Getting Involved’ banner has arrived, Richard will bring it in soon, till then, use the old (new) one.
f) Angela suggested having a briefing for TDMs so they know what will happen, and when i.e. a crib sheet. A checklist can also be added, much like the one in the back of the booklets. DMs agreed. Anjana will work on setting this up.
g) When DMing, if a steward tells you they cannot stay for the show, please ask them to inform the CDM beforehand (unless they had already done so and the CDM informed you).
