1. Welcome and apologies

2. Rotas
Knock Knock (Friday week 6 - midnight) needs a QDM.
Trainwreck (Tuesday week 7) needs a QDM.
3. AllNighter
Those who said they will be there are: Anjana, Jess, Richard, Lorraine and Alex (maybe: Faheem).
Anjana would like to arrange a rota and have at least one DM assigned to each film, so that there is someone awake and present to deal with issues that may arise. This is the feedback and preferences received so far:
Minions – (Faheem maybe), Alex
Ted 2 - Alex
Hitman - Alex (not Lorraine)
Mystery - Alex
American Ultra – Richard (not Jess)
The Rock - (not Jess)
DMs present that night, please put your name down next to at least one film, or let Anjana know if you’re only going to be there for ticket sales. This rota will be finalised at the next DM meeting (Tuesday week 7).
4. AOBs
a) There are currently no back-up tills, Joel is working on it.
b) The printer connected to Joel’s laptop has been fixed, so it shouldn’t be flashing red anymore.
c) There will be a hoodie order next week, speak to Treasurer (Giles).
d) Everyone push the AllNighter!
