DM Meeting Minutes: Tuesday, 15 May 2007

1. Welcome and apologies

3. Qualifications
Congratulations to Helen, who qualified at Sunday's showing of Rocky Balboa.
Eleanor's qualification is scheduled for the 6:30 pm showing of The Illusionist (Friday, Week 7). Robert, Mike, George, James and Pierre can attend.
4. Sellout shows
At the Exec meeting held on 10 May 2007, it was decided that at least thirty people more than the capacity (290 to 300) are needed to warrant another show. Once this is apparent, the DM may recruit staff for an extra show and then make an announcement to the queue. The DM should contact the Chief Projectionist, Chief DM and Publicity Officer immediately, and inform the Exec, so that publicity can be organised, a news article can be written, &c.
