1. Welcome and apologies

2. Rotas
Mockingjay Part 2 (Saturday 6th, 9:30) – TDM spot available (Ruby has been signed up to this)
The Second Mother (Tuesday 9th Feb) – needs a QDM. The slot has been left available for someone to sign up.
Everything else looks fine.
Steward(s) have disappeared from the rotas without CDM knowing. If you design yourself or someone else from a show, particularly the show of that night, please let CDM know in case a replacement needs to be found. Other members of crew with such authorisation will also be informed.
3. AOBs
a) Some people from International Development Society will be selling some stuff before the film, outside L3, on Tuesday Week 5 (9th). They have been informed of our rules of no popcorn, alcohol, hot food or hot drink and hence shouldn’t cause any problems.
b) The card reader on the master till was having issues on the AllNighter, but it was working fine since Monday night, so should be fine. Let CDM know if any such issues arise again.
