DM Meeting Minutes: Tuesday, 22 May 2007

1. Welcome and apologies

2. Rotas
Week 6 is almost empty. Please help if you can.
3. Confiscation
The idea that we issue a raffle ticket when we confiscate an item is discussed. The drawbacks are that people might lose their raffle tickets and that the DM would have to carry tickets and tape. Nick suggests instead that we could write on the back of the film ticket what we have confiscated. It is agreed that this is a better idea. DMs are welcome to trial either method if they so wish.
4. AOB
(i) Nick accepts that he will not qualify as a DM. He apologises to those who have trained him for wasting their time.
(ii) Three stapleguns are missing. If you know where they are, please tell George or return them to the Exec Office.
(iii) The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, 5 June 2007 (Week 7). Apologies: Matt (exam); Rachel (New York).
