A white line appeared on the masking during slideshow which can be fixed by switching from CineIPM Wide to DCI X-Wide

Film was in 2CH but was shown in 6CH in the beginning, was fixed immediately
Saturday- Black Mass

Bridge of Spies trailer was played in 2CH, fixed soon. Late show was fine.
Monday - Tehran Taxi

The audio output cable of the CD player was loose resulting in no music.
Tech Officer's Report
Projectionists who do not know the location of the iLights control box, contact someone who does.
The loose audio output cable for the CD player needs to be attended to.
Proj Procedure Changes
On days with two shows, the proj for the first show should take the film out to the dump, and NOT the later proj
Start UP 2016 has been edited to include an autism awareness video. All projs use Start Up 2016 to make ALL new playlists.
Trainees
An email shall be sent to crew/stewards looking for new projs to join our training scheme. New Exec members who are not DMs shall also be emailed about joining the proj trainee scheme. They shall all be interviewed to determine who to take on to our scheme.
Others who have expressed interest in projing shall also be emailed to come in for an interview.
Current Trainees: Juliette's snapstest shall take place on sunday this week. Joe has started training again. Rachel has been emailed with an ultimatum. Matt Healy has been emailed about his interest to join the scheme.

An email for projecting for the LOTR All Nighter will be emailed to all Q-projs with 2 projs per show. Nicole, Phil and Lakshmi have already signed up on Rotas.
