Show Reports
Tuesday - Dressmaker
Q-Proj: Lakshmi; T-Proj: Juliette
Chalk was left on the table after the show and the lecturn was not lowered before the show. The PC was not turned on after the show.
Thursday - Steamboat Bill
Q-Proj: Andy, Reece; T-Proj: None
Pianist has to have ample light to read his music notes for future shows. "Show ran great due to the fantastic job done by Joel and Andy"- Reece
Friday - Bridge of Spies
Q-Proj: APQ (early), Nicole (late); T-Proj: Juliette (early)
Projs please use the Start UP 2016 playlist and NOT the standard playlist.
Saturday - Carol
Q-Proj: Reece (early), Bonita (late); T-Proj: None
Early show was fine. Bonita did not arrive late until ads and trailers had started. Reece started the late show too until Bonita arrived.
Monday - Tangerine
Q-Proj: Jonatan; T-Proj: None
All were fine. The society people had to shout for their speech since mikes weren't available. They were audible.
Tech Officer's Report
The masking for thursday's 35mm show has to be fixed.
Discussed the prospect of buying a new projector or replacing the lamp instead. The lamp has a life of only 300 hours more, so projs are advised to be frugal with lamp power.
Proj Procedure Changes
Projs PLEASE use Start Up 2016 when making playlists and NOT the playlist named 'Standard'
The chalk has to be placed back on the table and PC has to be turned on AFTER the show.
Projs are required to arrive 45 minutes before the show starts and ingest the film atleast 2-3 days before unless it hasn't arrived yet.
Kindly use the film tracker on the website.
Trainees
We have two new trainees Hannah and Hazel who completed their ITS on monday 07/03/2016.

The information on dump has to be changed.
New trailers have to be ingested.
Press P3 only from the proj box and NOT the exec office so that the change in the slides can be seen.
