1. Welcome and apologies
Present: Matt, Jess, Angela, Alex, Lauren, Chris, Lorraine, Anjana.
Apologies: Mike J, Richard, Giles, Imogen, Ruby.
2. Rotas
There is a TDM/NDM spot for Danish Girl 9:30pm on Saturday. Chris has signed up for this.
Everything looks good for this week.
3. AOBs
a) Last week the safe was found unlocked on both Monday and Wednesday. When closing the safe make sure the number pad is turned completely.
b) Please remember to check the rotas are correct after shows. For example giving a new steward crew status after 3 shows or removing stewards that haven’t turned up, as it’s been noticed this hasn’t been done recently. If a new steward has done three shows but they haven’t done tills twice, leave a comment to say why they haven’t been granted crew status.
c) The Limited Edition AllNighter shirts have been put in the master till cupboard for people to collect during any of our screenings. When people come up to collect them, the DM can check on POS history if they have the limited edition ticket.
d) The printer cable for the third till goes in the bottom USB port on the laptop. A B has been written onto the USB connector to indicate this.
e) Remember to hand out Boars on Thursday and Friday.
