DM Meeting @ 2016-04-26 18:10:00

1. Welcome and apologies
Present: Matt, Richard, Anjana, Alex, Ruby, Imogen, Lauren, Chris, (Reece)

2. Rotas
There is a TDM spot for The Hateful Eight 10:00pm on Friday – Nobody at the meeting could sign up
There are also stewarding spots for Friday and Saturday so if you can help that would be great.
3. AOBs
a)The licenses have been put in new frames. The licenses will still be kept in the DM locker.
b)Crew status has been revoked for anyone that has not stewarded enough this year. If anyone believes they should have a crew ticket, then do not give them their crew status back, unless you know otherwise as Matt may have revoked it for this reason.
c)Reminder that the AllNighter t-shirts are in the master till cupboard for people to collect during any show. When people come up to collect them, check on POS history to see if they have bought the limited edition ticket.
d)There is no issue of the Boar to hand out this week. Matt will check if we are still handing out the boars this term.
e)After each show, can the DM change the picture in the frame kept on the publicity table to the picture of the next show. All the pictures will be kept with the weekly publicity.
f)The safe code has not been changed yet. This will be done at the start of next week. Matt will let QDMs know the new code at the next meeting.
