1. Welcome and apologies
Present: Matt, Anjana, Richard, Jess, Lauren, Alex, Giles, Ruby, Chris.

2. Rotas
Everything looks good for this week.
3. AOBs
a) The right hand door for the middle till has been damaged. It has been fixed but might still be unstable so just be careful with it.
b) In the last meeting Matt said he revoked crew status for anyone that has not stewarded enough this year. If anyone believes they should have a crew ticket, then do not give them crew status again, as Matt may have taken it from them. Take their name and pass it on to Matt.
c) Warwick Filmsoc are going to Socs Awards! It would be great for more people to come, tickets are on sale on the SU website.
d) Social to see Civil War tomorrow (Wednesday 4th May). Can sign up on website and there will be food beforehand.
e) Matt has now changed the safe code. All QDMs at the meeting have been informed. If any QDM still doesn’t know this code, please ask Matt.
f) It was suggested that we change the way we phrase selling a membership. This would be to say “would you like free membership with that ticket”.
Matt thinks by saying it in this way, it’s slightly harder to sell a membership because you’re not explaining the benefits to customers (free film or cheaper tickets). The follow-up question from the customer is likely to be, “what are benefits of membership” anyway, so you’d have to explain it anyway.
g) Outdoor screening – there will be polos for the event. If you have any good ideas for the outdoor screening (costumes etc.), please pass them on to the Exec.
