1. Welcome and apologies
Present: Matt, Anjana, Alex, Lorraine, Jess, Imogen, Chris.
Apologies: Mike J, Giles, Richard, Ruby, Lauren.
2. Rotas
Spotlight 9:30pm needs a QDM - Jess has signed up for this.
There is also a TDM spot for that show.
3. AOBs
a) WSC will be doing a private screening of Inside Out for Warwick youth phab on Wednesday 25th May. It will need a DM and at least one steward. Matt and Anjana have said they can help out on the day.
b) The eject switch to open the printer is broken for the middle till. It is still able to be opened, but it’s a lot more difficult.
c) There is a meal at Varsity tomorrow after the programming meeting. Meeting point is outside L5 at 7:30pm.
d) Boars will not be handed out on Thursday’s and Friday’s this term.
e) It has been noticed that stewards are leaving early without mentioning it beforehand. It is probably due to revision but can DMs still remind stewards that they are expected to either contact the DM of the show or the CDM.
