2. Rotas
Shows that need a QDM
10 Cloverfield Lane – Alex signed up in meeting
The Big Short (Early and Late) – Richard has signed up for both.
Super-Man v Batman Late (week 5) - Lauren could possibly do this.
There is a TDM spot for The Big Short (Late) - No TDMs at the meeting could sign up.
3. AOBs
a)Outdoor screening – The following DMs at the meeting will be able to help out on the day: Anjana, Ruby, Alex, Lauren, Lorraine, Jess, Matt.
Any DMs not present at the meeting who will be helping at the outdoor screening, please let Matt know you’ll be there.
b)The website has been VERY slow in the past week. The website has also been going down recently. If the website is not physically loading then contact Joel ASAP by facebook/text/call.
Joel has now finished the new server for the website, so hopefully the website will run smoothly again.
If the till/website problems continue and the show is busy then use raffle tickets as a last resort.
c)The Ethernet extender has been taken out of the master till and placed in the master till cupboard to make more space as it is not used anymore.
d)Just to confirm, externals are allowed to have loyalty cards. This is not in the constitution on the website. Matt will look into how this can be changed.
Also the rule for loyalty cards is one stamp per transaction. The same loyalty card should not be stamped twice for different transactions (ie two people should not share a loyalty card).
