3. The Boar
Can DMs please ask stewards to hand out Boars at the end of a show on Thursdays and Fridays of EVEN numbered weeks. The Boars should be kept under the central table in L3.
The status Boar discount ticket was unknown at time of the meeting, so is assumed not to be active.
4. AOBs
a)Who is here for the next academic year? Matt, Mike J, Richard, Anjana (maybe), Rafael (maybe). If you are here next academic year, please let CDM know.
b)Please make sure the safe is LOCKED after every show. The number pad sometimes gets stuck, make sure that it is turned fully when locking the safe.
c)Remember at the end of the show, to open the double doors to L3 and leave them open with the door stops. This has been forgotten for some shows this term.
d)Keep checking the number of shows worked by the trainee stewards, and give them crew status when they have completed 3 shows in a 2 week period.
To grant a steward crew status:
1. Go on to the stewards profile
2. Click on crew status at the top of page
3. A table of ticked boxes should appear, untick trainee steward and tick both steward and crew.
4. Click on update status, which is below the boxes.
5. Click renew crew status on the left hand side of the page.
6. Leave a comment on their profile, showing that they have been given steward and crew status
e)When setting up the tills, please have them shifted back so that they are all level with the two doors that lead to the gangway to L3, L4 and L5. This will allow more room for customers to get past our tills.
f)Thursdays at 6:10pm is the agreed time for DM meetings this term.
