1. Welcome and apologies

2. Rotas

Week 4: Conjuring Friday Midnight – Needs QDM and 5 stewards – Jess can DM this
3. AOBs
a) Reminder that we do not accept last year’s loyalty cards. Some customers are trying to use last year’s card. Remember this term’s loyalty cards are blue and have the current schedule on them.
b) Refunding tickets will not work if you try and do it on a steward’s account at the tills (comes up with error message). Refunding will work if a DMs account is logged in.
c) Tuck shop: please remember to refill stock when it’s empty. Andy isn’t happy that it’s not being done so far this term.
d) Matt has created a shortlist containing potential Duty Managers from our current stewards. Have a look at the list in case you do a show with someone on the list, and see if they could potentially be DMs. Also add to the list if you notice any good stewards who could be DMs. The list will be kept in the CDM tray from Monday.
e) Events and Socials exec role is available. If you are interested contact Chris Greenland and Phil Beckett.
f) Boars are handed out on Thursdays and Fridays on EVEN Weeks.
g) Saturday’s shows are sponsored by PWC. It will just be a ‘normal’ show but their logo will be on the ticket image.
