Meeting started at: 6.10 pm

1. Welcome and apologies
Present: Matt, Anjana, Richard, Alex, Jess, Angela, Casper, Justin, Caleb, Giles (from point 3).
Apologies: Mike LG, Chris


2. Rotas
Week 5: Star Trek (Saturday 5th Nov) 6:30pm needs a QDM – Alex H has signed up to this
Week 6: Tarzan (Saturday 12th Nov) 9:30pm needs QDM – Alex maybe can do this, if nobody else can – will bring this show up again at the next meeting.

3. AOBs
a) Who is here to help staff at the allnighter?

Angela, Caleb, Justin, Casper, Giles, Matt, Chris, Mike LG, Alex

All-nighter schedule has been decided at the programming meeting. Will organise which DMs staff each film at the next meeting.

b) Rafael has stopped his involvement with DMing.
c) All the stewards from the cancelled screenings have been removed from the rotas. A comment has been left on any trainee stewards doing those shows
d) Trainee stewards have been told not to sign up to shows that already have 3 trainees.
e) Customer made a complaint at one of last week’s screenings. If customers want to make a formal complaint, they should email info@warwick.film.
f) Make sure you tell stewards that they should be looking out for latecomers during the film
g) If publicity has run out, please let Richard know so he can print some more.
