1. Welcome and apologies
Present: Matt, Anjana, Jess, Mike LG, Casper, Caleb, Justin, Chris.
Apologies: Richard, Mike Joy, Angela.
2. Rotas
Week 6: Tarzan Saturday 12th Nov 9:30pm needs a QDM – Alex said he could do this at the last meeting.
Hotel Rwanda screening rescheduled to Wednesday 16th Nov (Week 7), has been added to the rotas and needs stewards.
3. All-Nighter
Those who will be there: Matt, Chris, Mike LG, Alex, Angela, Giles, Caleb, Justin, Casper.
There needs to be a rota to have a DM assigned to each film. The DM will be awake in case there are any problems that arise

DMs who will be at the all-nighter and were not at this meeting, please let Matt know what film you would like to DM.
L5 has been booked overnight for the allnighter and can be used as a nap area for crew.
4. AOBs
a) There is a printing issue on the tickets, where the ticket ID and transaction ID number cannot be read. Joel Speed is looking into this.
In the meantime to get those numbers in the case of a refund follow these instructions:
Input the Uni ID number of the ticket you need to refund onto EPOS
DM Override and go to ticket history/reprint
Right click ‘reprint’ on the ticket you wish to refund and click ‘inspect’
There will then be a window with the ticket ID and transaction ID numbers highlighted
b) Hoodie order deadline is Friday of week 9 this term, you can place your order online on the WSC website
c) Remember to hand out issues of The Boar on Thursday and Friday this week.
d) There will be a meal at Varsity before the allnighter at 5pm, and a xananas breakfast the next morning at 10am.
