DM Meeting Minutes: 14 February 2006

DMs present: James McLachlan, James Emmott, Michelle Foy, Robert Gardner, George Marshall

1. Handover
The Chief DM handover will take place in stages over this week. During this period, George or James M. may deal with emails to Chief DM.
2. Rota
A non-exec DM needs to cover Flightplan due to a probable exec meeting that evening. The rota for the other shows next week was decided.
3. Updates
(i) George needs to finish the Front of House risk assessments. He also needs to produce the signs for the fire exits and update the DM training booklet.
(ii) The Front of House social on Saturday 11 February was a success. Five of us went to see Munich and enjoyed pizza afterwards.
4. AllNighter
(i) DMs will be around all day to cover the AllNighter stall on Friday 24 February.
(ii) There will be enough Front of House staff for the AllNighter itself. Trainee DMs are welcome to help.
5. Michelle's secret agenda points and props
(i) Michelle has received a cornucopia of badge samples. We need to select an appropriate style for steward badges.
(ii) The idea of fancy dress for all staff (Front of House staff and projectionists) at the AllNighter was briefly discussed, though no conclusions were reached.

Stewards should be encouraged to join the forum.
