1. Welcome and apologies

2. Rotas
Q-DM slots are full up for the rest of term!!
T-DM slots:
week 8: Friday - Casper signed up
Pride collaboration screening on Sunday 20th Nov (Week 7), has been added to the rotas and needs stewards.
3. All-Nighter
Those who will be there: Matt, Chris, Mike LG, Alex, Angela, Giles, Caleb, Justin, Casper.
There needs to be a rota to have a DM assigned to each film. The DM will be awake in case there are any problems that arise

DMs who will be at the all-nighter and were not at this meeting, please let Matt know what film you would like to DM.
Loyalty cards will not be given out during ticket sales for the AllNighter.
L5 has been booked overnight for the allnighter and can be used as a nap area for crew. There is a briefing in L5 at 6:45pm
4. AOBs
a) There will be a meal at Varsity before the allnighter at 5pm, and a xananas breakfast the next morning at 10am.
b) There is an issue where printing two tickets at once, won’t print anything. Joel is looking into this.
c) Remember to buy your week 8 POP tickets!
d) A particular known customer has continually complained at our screenings. He has allegedly complained about people whispering during shows and also people being drunk. If this customer continues to complain, can tell him there is not much we can do about people in the cinema whilst the show is on. He can also be made aware that he could be causing more of a distraction by getting up to complain constantly during a show, and that he can discuss any complaints with the DM at the end of the show.
e) Matt will look into cleaning the till cupboards.
