Sully (Saturday early, has N-proj), The Light Between Oceans (Thursday) and Allied (Saturday, late) still to be filled. An email will be sent out asking for proj signups.
Show Reports

Hunt for the Wilderpeople – Thursday Q-Proj: Joe M; T-Proj: Matt
• iLight tripped, had to use L3 controls. As show was ending, breakers were reset in plant room. Emergency lights came on but we know we cannot fix this.
Arrival – Friday Q-Proj: Lakshmi, Stuart; T-Proj: Stuart, [none]
• 20 minute delay for film starting due to ingestion; 1st hard drive dead and replacement late (emergency delivery) Arrived 5:15PM on the day. Started ads+trailers at 6:40 then did shutdown for 5–10 mins. Doremi did strange things loading playlists for the late. Alex says this has been happening lately.
The Accountant – Saturday Q-Proj: Qualification, Kieran; T-Proj: Adam, Josh
• Adam qualified in his q-show for the early. The late was uneventful.
The Pursuit of Happyness – Sunday Q-Proj: Lakshmi; T-Proj: Josh
• Was “perfecto”.
The Girl on the Train – Monday Q-Proj: Hannah; T-Proj: Hazel
• Fine; prepared for shutdown but did not go ahead.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 – Tuesday Q-Proj: Lakshmi, Adam
• Show cancelled. KDM didn't arrive and was chased up late. Offered Fantastic Beasts but nobody stayed to watch.

Proj Procedure Changes
======================
• Ingest bay – if not working, please do not say there are no problems on show report (people need to be aware for it to be fixed). Avoid restarting Doremi if you're not sure what to be careful of.
• Pause at end of playlist moved one second earlier as was not pausing reliably on the very last second of the playlist.
• Start Up 2016 will be renamed to Start Up 2017 following changes which have happened to it this year.
• Data projector appears to be turning off from lectern now – PLEASE PUT ON SHOW REPORTS IF THERE ARE ISSUES WITH THIS.
• New visualiser – easier to close! :D
