DM meeting Tuesday 21st February 2017

1. Welcome and apologies

CDM welcomed those present, and distributed biscuits to those who attended the last meeting.
2. Rotas

3. AllNighter:
• L4 is booked for use of crew
• Matt has shown Caleb the ticket collection aspect of POS
• CDM to check with marketing team if online tickets available for collection from SU
4. AOBs:
• Please continue to trial popcorn sign at tills & monitor effect
• The summary license frames have been changed
• Rubbish in fire corridor has been cleared by CDM
• Lost property has been taken to gatehouse. Please inform CDM of future lost property
• The film on Tuesday 7th March is Forest Gump, not Unforgiven as advertised.
• CDM has been revoking crew status for stewards who do not do regular shows. Should an issue arise at the tills whereby someone believes they are entitled to a crew ticket, please can the DM make them aware of this fact, and remind them that they are expected to steward one show every two weeks in order to continue claiming crew tickets
• CDM sought clarification from publicity officer on crew status of publicity team
• POS has failed to load on the last few shows (It is believed to be an error on the SU’s end). Please can DMs let their stewards know to inform customers seeking memberships that memberships can be bought online from home, should the issue continue to persist.
• A general reminder about informing the publicity officer on the level of publicity was made by the outgoing publicity officer, and that they, the outgoing publicity officer, would continue to raise the issue of publicity at subsequent meetings. Publicity.
