• The Light Between Oceans – Thursday Q-Proj: Kieran; T-Proj: None
Nothing of note happened.
• Allied – Friday Q-Proj: Joe L, Joel; T-Proj: Irene
Arrived at the Arts Centre on the day. Arrival placed in playlist for early but was spotted in time. Late was fine according to Kieran. Andy says it was not fine as Joel stopped the credits early.
• The Shawshank Redemption – Saturday Q-Proj: Phil, Jonatan; T-Proj: [Name]
No trainees :frowning: LEDs for SRD need replacing sound was noticeably cutting out. Jono's changeovers were amazing.
• Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory – Sunday Q-Proj: Lakshmi; T-Proj: None
DCP was labelled Scope but was X-Wide container and should have been projected in X-Wide. Heads were cut off. Film was restarted due to all audience being latecomers. Light macros didn't run correctly starting the film the second time.
• Nocturnal Animals – Monday Q-Proj: Lakshmi; T-Proj: Josh
Was all fine according to Josh.
• The Apartment – Tuesday Q-Proj: Jonatan; T-Proj: Richard
Was fine. Richard makes controversial joke about CD. See Jono's show report

Proj Procedure Changes
=====================
• CD macros now at 3.0
• Ads now arriving on HDD – new naming convention
• CHECK BOTH CONTAINER SIZE AND DCP NAME FOR ASPECT RATIO (constant viglience!). This should be added to trainee tracker.

• Please ensure dump is securely locked and that proj box lights are turned off.
• Uningestion/storage of unencrypted feature DCPs. Try deleting Act of Killing before doing more valuable content.
• Richard suggests minutes should be first distributed privately to those in attendance, giving chance for corrections before publication. Agree to post only to Discourse (only proj access) until they have been reviewed
• Estates are now aware that we have aircon
• Jono asks about Sound Associates visit. Andy says they are coming for Easter service visit and will also re-eq sound but must be paid for an additional visit for this.
• Richard asks for fade up to media server macro. Turns out we already have one. Andy confirms fade down CD macro will work for media server
• Media server fade up macro should be checked for function and volume
• Richard makes surprising request for people to roll A2s
• Richard is excited that the Hoar are publishing a book.
