1. Welcome and apologies

3. AOBs:
• Andy has now kindly repaired the broken till cupboard door
• Please inform CDM when spare change is used, and also if the availability of £1 coins/50ps is low
• The new 12-sided £1 coins are due to enter circulation soon, and when this happens it is recommended that DMs try and offload our supply of old £1 coins. This means, for example, getting stewards to give change in old £1 coins rather than notes
• The small end of the USB leads connected to the printers are now indicated with a red cable tie (apparently swapping the small ends between printer & card reader has the same negative effect as swapping the large). This should be indicated to trainees in future till trainings
• The safe was discovered unlocked yesterday. Please can DMs ensure it is properly secured
• Caleb (at the behest of the socials & events coordinator, Lakshmi) asks for DMs to promote the crew Facebook page to stewards
• Jess enquired after the current state of the office dishwasher, and whether cleaning of the office following the Allnighter would be required. The items in the dishwasher were believed to be clean, and it was felt that the office would not require additional cleaning
• Chris asked if with trainee stewards, the DM could leave a comment on where the steward was assigned, and whether there were any issues with them performing their role. Such comments can be deleted upon gaining steward status
• Alex asked (in an effort to pre-empt the former publicity officer’s proposed weekly AOB) for people to roll A2s
• The former publicity officer asked that the publicity officer is informed when A6 (door) publicity is low
• A general feeling was shared that trainees should be encouraged to attend DM meetings, or at the very least send their apologies if they are unable to attend
• Jess suggested that air horns should be purchased for use on trainees
• Please can DMs make sure that stewards are opening chrome kiosk mode, as the regular chrome has printing issues
• It was felt that the CDM should email the IT officer about a shadow show, despite projection’s plans for them
• It should be made clear to stewards that they should not be printing images, or lyrics to popular songs, at the tills. There is only a finite amount of till roll remaining
• CDM was asked not to buy bourbon creams again. The CDM noted that the DMs still ate them however
