3. AOBs:
I.There are a lot of steward slots unfilled on the rotas. The CDM would be very appreciative if any DMs can fill these
II.The safe should be locked at all times when the DM is not in the office. This includes the time between opening it for a trainee, performing fire checks, and collecting the floats.
III.Chris commented on the CDM’s poor biscuit selection. He suggested a biscuit poll. CDM said they would take this under advisement
IV.The publicity officer, expressing an amazing lack of originality, has requested once again the rolling of A2s
V.A debate ensued as to whether the A2s were actually A2 size
VI.Casper still needs a set of DM keys
VII.DMs are now able to put special symbols, e.g. “£” in the banking slip notes section
VIII.The trailer for trainspotting has adult content, so if children come to the screenings leading up to this the DM needs to let projection know to change the trailer
IX.Folded A2s (yes, A2s) should continue to be handed out at the end of screenings
X.The old £5 notes are no longer legal tender as of midnight tonight. Stewards should be told to no longer accept these
XI.It is believed we should be retraining stewards after long absences. They should be required to do 3 shows (in any period, not the normal 2 week) to regain crew status. This is so as to discourage ‘spot stewarding’ for the sake of tickets.
XII.CDM asks if there are any points to be raised at the exec meeting. There are none
